At Dungrow Global, quality control begins right at the origin. We source our raw materials from clean, well-managed rural cattle farms and gaushalas across Gujarat. By establishing direct relationships with farm managers, we maintain consistent raw material consistency, ensuring purity right from the initial collection stage. We enforce strict initial inspection parameters to ensure the raw dung is free from major stones, plastics, and external synthetic contaminants before taking it into our processing workflow.
Once gathered, the raw material undergoes a systematic manual and physical filtration process to eliminate physical impurities such as pebbles, twigs, and debris. Following cleaning, the material is laid out in designated drying yards under hygienic, well-ventilated open-air sun-drying setups. By continuously managing layer thickness and turn-overs, we ensure uniform drying across all batches without compromising the natural texture and organic properties required by our clients.
We follow a disciplined visual and physical inspection routine throughout the production cycle. Every batch is evaluated at key milestones: during raw material entry, during the drying phase, and prior to final packaging. Our quality team checks for consistent color, physical texture, shape uniformity (for cakes), particle consistency (for powder), and freedom from non-organic foreign matter, ensuring that every shipment meets agreed buyer specifications.
Moisture level is a critical factor for maintaining raw material stability and preventing fungal growth during storage and transit. We strictly monitor and manage moisture content prior to packing. By ensuring optimal drying thresholds, we prevent caking in powder products, guard against mold formation, and preserve the structural durability of dung cakes, ensuring they stay intact through long-distance handling.
Our processed inventory is stored in dry, covered, well-ventilated warehousing facilities designed to keep products isolated from rain, humidity, and direct ground moisture. Goods are stored on raised wooden or plastic pallets away from walls, allowing free air circulation and preventing moisture absorption from floors. Regular warehouse hygiene maintenance prevents pest infestation and protects product integrity before shipment.
To cater to agricultural, commercial, and industrial buyers, we offer flexible bulk packaging solutions designed for durability. Our standard options include heavy-duty HDPE/PP woven bags (25 kg / 50 kg) and jumbo FIBC bags (500 kg to 1000 kg) fitted with inner liners to guard against atmospheric moisture. All packaging materials are selected to withstand tough handling during loading, transit, and unloading.
We understand that different end-uses require distinct material characteristics. Dungrow Global accommodates custom client requests, including specific powder mesh sizes, varied cake dimensions, custom batch weights, and private label/brand printing on bags. We work closely with domestic and international partners to align our packaging and product dimensions with their exact commercial requirements.
For international shipments, we take extra precautions to ensure goods reach destination ports in optimal condition. Bags are securely stacked, stretch-wrapped, and palletized to maximize container space and avoid shifting during ocean freight. Container floors are lined, and moisture-absorbing desiccant bags are installed inside container cargo spaces to combat ocean humidity and condensation. Complete export documentation is coordinated to facilitate smooth customs handling.
