2. Product Attributes & Natural Variations
Natural Product Characteristics: Our products—including Raw Cow Dung Cakes and Raw Cow Dung Powder—are derived from natural, raw cattle dung. Due to the inherent nature of organic raw materials and natural drying processes, minor variations in color, texture, shape, density, and moisture level may occur across batches.
Non-Laboratory Claims: Unless explicitly agreed in a formal commercial contract, products are supplied as raw organic material. We do not claim certified chemical laboratory testing or specific chemical compositions on standard orders unless requested and confirmed in writing prior to order dispatch.
3. Order Concerns & Inspection Period
48-Hour Reporting Window: All product-related concerns, package condition issues, or delivery dispatches must be brought to our attention in writing within 48 hours of physical receipt/delivery of the shipment.
Any claim raised after the 48-hour window will not be entertained or eligible for review.
4. Limitation of Liability
Dungrow Global LLP shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or indirect consequences arising from the misuse, improper storage, or unapproved application of our raw materials once delivered to the buyer or buyer’s representative.
